Return Policy
1. Can I return the item for a full refund?
Yes. If by any reasons you are not satisfied with our service or products, you can return it within 2 weeks of receipt. Please note that, we can only issue a full refund if the item is not used with tag attached.
2. What if the item is broken during usage and I want to repair it ?
If the item is broken after you received it in two weeks, we will send a new one for free. If the item you receive broken after you receive it over two weeks and you want to repare it, you can send back to us, we will repair for you. There is no charges for repair.
3. What if I want to return the item for a refund after usage?
We don’t recommend customers doing such things. Firstly, it is expensive for sending it back. Secondly, we will make charges upon the condition of the item. Our labor costs, postage and refreshing costs will be involved on the charges. We can’t tell the final charges before the receipt of the item, but we will try our best to make the charges fair. Customers will receive a invoice that contains all costs that are deducted. Please note that, chargeback from customers will deeply hurt your credits, and may be banned from other website in future purchase.
4.. What if I want to return the item after purchase?
If the order is not dispatched, you can simply send a message to us. And we will cancel the order for you. If the order status is dispatched, please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
5.. When can I receive my money?
We will send the money right after receipt. And the money should come into your account within 3 working days. Sometimes, after sending the money, the bank may hold the money for a while. It may take 7-25 working days, please contact us if you still not receive your money after 30 days from sending.
Exchang Policy
1. In what conditions can I make an exchange?
You can make an exchange if (1) the item is not used (2) the item is broken in 2 days. The item/s needs to be in its original and unused condition with tag attached and accompanied by all additions The item is broken is because the quality problem. We won’t accept exchange if the item is broken artificially.
2. How can I complete the process of exchange?
Firstly, please contact us. Our customer support team will ask you about the item condition, the order number, the item you will send back and the item you want to exchange. If the price of the item you want to exchange is bigger than the item you bought, then there may be extra charges for the price differences.
3. Can I exchange an item if the item is used?
Sorry, we can’t accept such exchanges. But if there were quality problems on the item during usage, you can contact us for a better solution.
4. Will I be charged for the exchange?
No, the exchange is free. The only charge may come from the price difference |
