We provide express delivery service in all orders. Each delivery has its own tracking number, and we will send the tracking number to the customer once the order is dispatched.
The delivery duration is normally taking 5-7 working days, it mainly depends on the destination country and the custom department on the local area
Please note that normally there won’t be custom tax on delivery. But it may happen in some extreme cases, and the custom department in destination country may ask for tax to customer. In these cases, customers can choose to pay for the tax, or let the package return to us.
Shipping cost is not included in each item. After you put the items in the shopping cart , the website systems will automatically calculate the shipping fee. All shipping is by Express and the shipping fee is below standard rate.

1. Is there tracking number for my order?
Yes, we will record all tracking numbers for each order.
2. How can I know the tracking website?
The tracking website will be sent to you by email once the order is dispatched.
3. When will I receive the tracking number?
The tracking number will be sent to your email after the order is dispatched. If you never receive the email, then you can login your account and check it at “message”, we left the tracking number there.
4. Will I be noticed if the package is not delivered?
Our staff will track your order once a day until the order is delivered. If there is anything wrong, we will contact you at first and giving you the best solutions we can do to compensate the time and money you cost.
5. Where can I find the tracking number of the order?
There are two ways. First you can check your email; we will send the tracking number with the tracking website link to you once the order is dispatched. Secondly, you can check the tracking number by logging in our website and click on “message”
